NOTE: All NON-Seller Mistake, we will charge you the shipping handle fee and 20% restocking fee.
For those unable to resold items, we can not accept a return. So please make sure the items are still in the brand new state.

For the first case, your item is not shipped out. Please contact us quickly, we will help you to cancel your order and issue you full refund asap. For the second case, if the package has been shipped out, we are sorry we can not cancel your order at that time. please help us to refuse the package at your end, and inform us. When we receive the package, we will process a refund for you. We can waive the restocking fee, but we need to charge you shipping handle fee.
The first step is to get an RMA# (A Merchandise Authorization Number). It makes the return more smoothly, and the package will not be ignored easily.
Please contact us to get an RMA# and our return address before shipping it back.
Once you get the return authorization from our customer service, return or exchange can be handled. Otherwise, Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted.
Please kindly leave the RMA#, order number and your user ID on original shipping packaging. Plsease send us the return tracking number via message, which will help us process it smoothly.
Please help us send back the item with the ORIGINAL PACKAGE, and make sure it is still in brand new state. If you have abandoned the original package, please contact our customer service first. We will tell you what to do next, and give you a reasonable solution.
Due to the address is undeliverable or you provide a wrong address to us, USPS/UPS sends back your package to us. We will issue you full refund but minus the shipping costs.
